So I called to let them know that things just weren?t on point as they usually are. Hard, cold and old fries as well as okra.... Chicken wasn?t hot. I let them know and there was no offering to fix the items. 45 dollars and inedible food is not ok. Definitely my last time going to this location. I have been a customer for years, and have always had a problem with them... getting my order right. they never answer the phone, but the one saving grace was that i could go back up there and they wouldusually resolve the issue. Yes, sometimes, the people have bad customer service and are rude, but you'd be cranky too working ina small cramped hot greasy area. But there are some friendly people with good customer service. After last night though, I willnot be back. Went there Saturday, ordered 2 2pc's and a pepper. didn't get the pepper, (not surprising, they usually forget itthat's why i rarely order it) anyway, they never answer the phone so i wasn't calling, and i wasn't going back just for apepper. i did go back 3 days later (last night) to order a 3pc. I explained at the window that i was just there a few days agoand they left the pepper off and I would like one. the lady said ok but when i got to the window it wasn't there. i asked theyoung man and he asked another man who said my name wasn't on a list so he wasn't giving me a pepper. I asked about the list andhe said that we have to call in when the item is missing and they make a list. I'm like ok, but historically yall don't answerthe phone and I'm here right now, I handed him my receipt from Saturday and requested a resolution. he refused. I was frustratedand in an attempt to just leave, i said forget it and handed him a $1 to pay for another pepper and i told him i would followhis instructions and just call about the other one. he took the money and then said "that's what i thought". I took my moneyback because by then i was hot! i already paid for the item and shouldn't have to be subjected to the rudeness or pay for theitem again. so i said i would just call. The food was good. I have been a customer of this location as long as they have been open. I took my daughter there today. THE... PROBLEM IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
