I went to the Williams Fried chicken on Great Trinity, and purchased a order of livers. The girl at the window told me to pull... up to the side. I did. I waited at least 20 minutes. I finally got out of the car, and walked back to the window, and ask is myorder ready. The girl at the window said oh yeah I forgot. I was like what kind of business y'all doing. So this dude came outand brought me my order. But he said hey you know what you got a problem you can go somewhere else. I didn't say nothing.Because he was right. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. When visiting a fastfood restaurant you shouldn't be talked to harsh. I asked to speak... to the manager and the manager was rude. I was there Nov14.went thru drive thru they didn't respond to me at speaker .I keptsaying excuse me can you hear me please and thank u. No one responded so after about 4 to 5 minutes I drove on around because itwas people behind me at this time and all the cars in front of me was gone. So I pulled on up to window. They came to window andsaid I had to go back around. I said why would I do that and I been waiting and no one came to speaker. I then said well Iapologize for any inconveniences but can I HV the number here so I can file a complaint. The finally gv me a reciept with thenumber on it. I SD thanks and went on. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. IT WAS A GIRL THERE WORKING WITH A NAPKIN ON THE SIDE IF HER HEAD AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE. EVERYONE WAS... TRYING TO RUSH THE CUSTOMERS SO THEY COULD CLOSE THE DOORS AND WATCH THE FOOTBALL GAME. I UNDERSTAND BECAUSE I AM A FOOTBALL FANBUT BUSINESS IS BUSINESS MONEY IS MONEY. I CAME FROM OUT OF TOWN TO VISIT AND I WAS WAITING TO EAT WILLIAMS ALL DAY. IT WAS ONELADY THT WAS THERE THT WAS RESPECTFUL WHEN I NEEDED ANYTHING EXTRA AT THE COUNTER. From the moment we walked into the restaurant we were met with an attitude by the young lady at the front counter. We had a... large order for a party at work, we attempted to call the order in but nobody ever answers/answered the phone. Told the younglady what we needed to order (two 20 piece meals, that comes with 4 sides, and 10 rolls each) she proceeded to say that theydidn?t have rice, and or enough chicken, it would be an hour. Placed the order and paid just under $130.00, verified the order,and pick up time (1pm), my coworker and I got back to the restaurant around 1:10, they were completing the order, I heard theyoung lady said that the corn fritters weren?t in the order to another employee (I don?t think she knew I heard this), theyplaces everything in a box and this same young lady tells us that the order was done. I checked the order just to be surebecause I didn?t want to have to make another trip back, the corn fritters weren?t in there, I asked for them and this sameyoung lady rolls her eyes and asked for them. We waited another 10 minutes for them, and while waiting my coworker asked for acup of water, the young lady says with an attitude it?s a dollar. We left our money in the car, and didn?t want to go back forit so she said never mind. This young lady proceeds to say we don?t give nothing out for free without a purchase as if we didn?talready pay for this large order. Even with the horrible service I still thanked the young lady and she just looked at me,rolled her eyes and walked off. I am not sure what was going on with her, but from this experience I will not be going back tothat location. There should never be a reason to be that rude, let alone to someone who?s been nothing but nice, and respectfultowards you. Read more
I Liked the chicken, it was well seasoned and fresh. I will definitely return. The lady who gave us our food was nice.
