I went to the Williams Fried chicken on Great Trinity, and purchased a order of livers. The girl at the window told me to pull... up to the side. I did. I waited at least 20 minutes. I finally got out of the car, and walked back to the window, and ask is myorder ready. The girl at the window said oh yeah I forgot. I was like what kind of business y'all doing. So this dude came outand brought me my order. But he said hey you know what you got a problem you can go somewhere else. I didn't say nothing.Because he was right. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. When visiting a fastfood restaurant you shouldn't be talked to harsh. I asked to speak... to the manager and the manager was rude. I was there Nov14.went thru drive thru they didn't respond to me at speaker .I keptsaying excuse me can you hear me please and thank u. No one responded so after about 4 to 5 minutes I drove on around because itwas people behind me at this time and all the cars in front of me was gone. So I pulled on up to window. They came to window andsaid I had to go back around. I said why would I do that and I been waiting and no one came to speaker. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. IT WAS A GIRL THERE WORKING WITH A NAPKIN ON THE SIDE IF HER HEAD AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE. EVERYONE WAS... TRYING TO RUSH THE CUSTOMERS SO THEY COULD CLOSE THE DOORS AND WATCH THE FOOTBALL GAME. I UNDERSTAND BECAUSE I AM A FOOTBALL FANBUT BUSINESS IS BUSINESS MONEY IS MONEY.
