Food was good, but it took about 45 mins or more just for a 3 piece tender combo and a 2 piece chicken combo.
Not my favorite Williams to go to but it's the closest toy house and they are still wonderful...they just don't serve everything... other Willams do or they are always out of something. Read more
Williams chicken to me was the pride of Oakcliffe this location on Illinois. I?ve moved to San Antonio and have always bragged... about the flavor of Williams chicken on Illinois. However this past Saturday I traveled to Dallas and stopped at my favoritechicken House yes you guessed it Williams chicken on Illinois. Apparently they must have changed management and the recipe. Good food but the customer service was GARBAGE!! The woman at the drive thru window was TRASH!! She was the one who was there on... 7/18/22 after 11pm. I didn't get her name but I'm glad I didn't because I would've called her out by name. A total embarrassmentto our community. She fits the narrative of an angry, hostile, uncouth Black woman. Bad attitude in addition to a disposition ofentitlement. This is the very reason why our businesses won't grow or other folks don't patronize our establishments. A straighthoodrat???????? Read more
Love this chicken place. My parents was visiting Texas from Memphis and wanted some real chicken and they got it.
Some of the best fried chicken I've ever eaten in my life and they are very reasonably priced. The skin was crispy and crunchy... the meat was juicy, moist and nice-sized. I've never been there late night so I cannot confirm this but they do have a signstating they are open 24 / 7 which is awesome if you're craving a late night snack, or meal. Too expensive. For fried chicken. $5 for three small pieces of dark meat. Plus they're rude to you. Don't even stop at the menu... to order because they only respond when you get to the window. The speaker does work. But like I said rude people. Ask for hotsauce and they will try to give you ketchup. Read more
