I love Whataburger. I really miss the cheddar Jalapeno biscuits but I will survive. Having said that you better have plenty of... time to wait for your order. Today was worse than normal. Watched someone order a hamburger 5 minutes after I ordered abreakfast meal (at 8am) served before me. Them the staff had to ask me what I ordered because the couldn't look at my tablenumber and figure out the had missed my order. Pretty normal experience for me. I still go back because they have good food andice tea. ???? Read more

Trash! Waited in drive-thru over 30 mins to receive cold food at the beginning of the day. They had cars driving over the median... to get out of line, while the rest of is were stuck in the line with no option but to WAIT. I have been treated better at betterplaces! Never again. 0 stars is the rating. Read more

My rating is based off the customer service I received yesterday, the food was good, and yes I will continue to eat from... whataburger. But the drive thru girl was so so incredibly rude, no thank you or smile or nothing. Like c'mon, at least try tosmile and appreciate your customers. No customers means no business! Read more

Today, I forgot to have the Whataburger employee scan my app. However, I did remember while I was still at the store. When I... asked to speak to the manager to askim them how to do it, the employee went back and tried to get the manager ("Jose") to comeup to the front. He was told very bluntly and in no uncertain terms that he "didn't have time to deal with me." I'm sorry, butthat just doesn't sound like good customer service to me. Apparently, my business means so little to Jose that I just wasn'twasn't worthy of his time! I won't be back, Jose! I guess I need to take my business to somewhere or someone who appreciatesmy business more than you apparently do! Read more

Ok, so I've been going to this location, and other locations, for almost 20 years. Today will be the last time. Ever since... Whataburger was sold it has been a constant downhill slope for service and food quality. I reached out to the complaintdepartment twice with no reply. I honestly do not fault the employees as they cannot control the fact that their leadership haslet them down. They are regularly out of supplies and understaffed. Food takes three or four times longer to get than it usedto, and then tastes old when you get it. They do not even have cups or bags to give to customers, so whoever is in charge ishaving to wing it to get food out the door. Pictures attached of what that looks like. Came here to get a quick bite at night thought since it wasnt busy my food would be fresh.. Think again!! Got two meals and the... burgers were gross... One meat was either recooked or reheated. The other one was not cooked enough. Thank goodness we didnt eatit could of gotten food poisoning. So disappointed and annoyed. What a waste of $23. Only thing that was good was the fries. Nopoint of going all the way back to just get more upset and waste more gas. Read more

Very busy Wataburger. Probably because food is good here. Fries were hot as was Triple Cheeseburger. Manager training was doing... good job calming customers. Finally, large Chocolate Shake was cold on amazing as usual. Read more

Ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich and it was ok. Wendy?s is better. Fries were not cooked all the way through and barely... warm. We also ordered 3 piece tenders but one was literally the size of my finger. It was my second visit back to this locationas I wanted to give them a second chance to redeem themselves but it was not better, maybe worse. Skip this location. Read more
