Another day of REALLY poor service at this Whataburger! The lady at the cash register had a acowl on her face when we walked... up. She took our order, handed us a number, and disappeared. It's been 22 minutes so far, and we're still sitting here! Meanwhile, lobby is dirty, bathrooms are a mess, and other employees are walking around behind the corner just goofingoff. Horrible customer experience. Placed curbside order and waited 20 minutes before entering the store. Multiple other customers... at front counter and no employees engaging anyone. 10 minutes later (30 total from order) employee says it will be ready soon.Order presented missing two items. When confronted, same employee says items are in the bag. They weren?t and inside of bag wasshown to employee. Employee told me that if I can?t be patient, I should go buy food somewhere else. Manager was requested butwould not approach the counter - remained hiding near the first drive thru window grill. Left location without missing items.Two other customers walked out prior to ordering. I ordered a burger with grilled jalapeños and realized they weren?t grilled so I wanted to tell them and saw them working with... gloves and touching broom and everywhere then cooking with the same gloves. I give them 1 star just because they refunded mymoney. This is not how you work in kitchen. Watch them and don?t get sick . Read more

This needs to be a dine in only restaurant. This place is open 24 hrs a day and it takes 20 minutes in a drive thru for a bacon... & cheese biscuit and I was the only customer there. Arrived at 5:29am didn't leave until 5:49. No apologies or explanation.Iadvised the the red head cashier/ possible manager next time there is a wait give the customer the option to wait or not. I just ate lunch here and I will be honest, I went in with the lowest of expectations and intending to raise hell if the food... sucked. Well hell.. The food was spot on! I did a #4 with extra pickles and it was hot, fresh and made to order! The fires werefresh out of the fryer and seasoned just right. Even the soda was super cold and fizzy. Maybe I just got lucky. This Whataburger location really needs a surprise visit thru their drive-thru from corporate. Whole place needs to be bulldozed... down and rebuilt from the beginning. I order so I ordered take out and I paid for it and I've been waiting and waiting and waiting and call the lady.
