It shouldn?t even be a one star review. Me and my boyfriend came in to dine in and our order never came in we waited 32 minutes... before saying anything. Everyone that came us already had their order with them. Manager cancelled our order without letting usknow we were not getting our food. She issued a refund while we were still waiting for the food and told us our food will getright after the other orders all done. Why if they made a mistake we still have to wait longer to receive our food. It?s beenthe worst service I have ever gotten at a ?FAST? food restaurant. Read more
My experience at this Whataburger is consistently below average. Half the time, the order isn?t correct, and the employees are... sometimes rude or abrupt. If you actually want to receive what you ordered, I recommend driving a few minutes away to anotherone. Read more
I almost feel silly giving a fast food restaurant like this five stars, but it's just so good for what it is. The service is... generally good; their hamburgers, chicken strips, salads, and especially their fries are amazing; and I don't know what productthey use, but I actually really enjoy their sweet and unsweet tea. Prices have gone up a bit, but it's not out of line withsimilar restaurants. Read more

I ordered a number two with cheese no tomatoes with a water no ice and three regular ketchups. They ran my food out to the wrong... car, handed me a water with ice, a number two with cheese with tomatoes and four spicy ketchups. This is a picture of the CHUNKof "lettuce" I just bit into as well. You get one star for literally getting every aspect of my order wrong except for thefries. Those were good. Read more

We decided to dine in since traffic was thick. We waited at the counter for a solid 4 min. With two crew members standing in... front of the fry cooker gossiping about another crew member. Another girl approached the counter with a very bad attitude abouttaking our order. She WAS efficient but clearly did not like her job. My boyfriend is a chili cheese burger connoisseur ofDallas restaurants. He tried it when it came out and said Fritos don't belong on a chili-cheese burger. I agree. He ordered itwith no corn chips. He was so excited about trying it without chips. First bite he swooned second the same but third hecrunched and that was all she wrote he folded it up said receipt clearly says no corn chips. Return it I said he shook his headand stated don't want to eat another one ever. They don't understand . . ... Y'all weren't busy no lines how could it be missedon the ticket.
