I had no idea that Whataburger's cleaning standards are so high! I come in and employees are scrubbing the baseboards, finish... putting one of the shake machines back after a deep clean, and deep cleaning the bathrooms. It certainly was eye-opening to saythe least! I ordered fried pies and the ten minute wait was well worth it. Not only is this location extremely clean andsanitized, but the folks are wonderfully trained and professional. Can't wait for my next order. Read more
This Whataburger location is off of N.W HWY/WEBB CHAPEL. This restaurant has got to be one of the slowest and poorly ran... locations in this area. If it wasn't for the breakfast Whataburger serves I wouldn't even bother coming back. Understand if youdecide to come here,be ready to wait longer for your food and make sure to double check it. For some reason they take longerthan usual and STILL get your order wrong. Read more
I am solely giving Whataburger 1 star because of their late night/bar rush service. It is abysmally bad. It's not unheard of to... have a 45 minute wait in line while watching one car get served every 4 or 5 minutes. The staff is never apologetic about thewait and does not hurry. The food is good, but not worth the late night wait. Read more
I?ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 20 years and for the life of me they can?t seem to get it right in the drive through.... Do you know how frustrating it is for someone who hates onions to get onions in their food. I purposely go to the northwest hwylocation to avoid these mistakes.
