How do you make a customer wait and give the two people behind them their food? The second one had 3 bags of food and I order a... regular medium meal. Then they come and tell me they don?t know which order I had. This place has went down hill, the girl atthe drive thru is sweet, you can tell she?s trying but I don?t know what management they have back there, or if they are shortstaffed. Read more
Service was fine, staff polite enough but I have had issues with portions a few times including having my small shake be nearly... 1/4ths of the way empty. I should've checked before I got home so that's on me, but it shouldn't have been given out like this. Read more
Their lazy. They play around to much. 20 minutes at a drive thru with only two cars in front of me and no one inside eating.... They gave me my shake first. Which was melted by the time they gave me my food. And for that long wait; the burger was stillpink in the middle. Don?t waste your time there until they can some people who actually work. The guy running the cash register inside was the nicest and most polite person I have ever met. He checked up on my to make sure... everything tasted well, said thank you, told me to have a great day 3 times, and overall had a great attitude and tone. He wascalling other customers by name and making them feel welcome, making sure everyone had everything they needed, and kept thedining room looking so nice. He was so nice to his coworkers they all gravitated towards his positivity and leadership. I?venever seen anyone in the food industry let alone whataburger have such great customer service. Definitely one of the better whataburgers. I've been to a couple in Austin and most of them were very slow/dirty. I've only been... to this one 3 times but all 3 times were met with good staff or something to compensate if an order were to go wrong. 2 orderswere perfect, 1 order was 20-25 mins late (I used the app to pick up) but I found large french fries rather than medium. Regardless of how busy this Whataburger is, they always deliver my food as ordered by very customer friendly staff members at... the window. This is my go to neighborhood fast food and when I get the food home, it is still warm and prepared to the samelevel of quality every time. They should serve as a model for all fast food establishments, and are easily 3 stars above theothers on all levels that I patronize around town. Read more
I began coming to this location after a few bad visits to the closest Whataburger to me, and well over 2 years later this is... pretty much the only Whataburger I go to. Never once had a bad experience with these wonderful people, and I hope that my nextlocal Whataburger has the level of dedication and love that this incredible team has to offer.
