I only give 2 stars because Food is good but the service is terrible, even if u order online you will wait at least 20 to 40... more minutes when u get there. Even that they have a lot of employees service is very slow and poor they will leave customersunattended and some employees even some Managers are rude with a bad attitude not all but there are some at the front. I'll trynot to come back everytime is the same it's sad since it's a great taste. Read more
This location in specific while I was waiting for my car to get serviced next door, I stopped by and I was a little bit hangry.... Fortunately when I walked in,the cashier was so friendly and welcoming that my mood changed immediately and it's always pleasingto be greeted with a smile it just really makes someones day and I got my food in less than 2 minutes nice and warm and thegentleman there that brought me my food brought it to me with a smile and again I can't stress enough how much a friendlywelcoming staff makes a big difference and I can say this location has that, and they are very clean, their restroom is alsovery clean which always says a lot about a restaurant. I'm very pleased with this location definitely recommend. One thing I didnotice is that they are multicultural. Very thankful for that. Thank you. Read more
I always like walking in to order at this WHATABURGER. Service is always good and your food is made when ordered. I always tell... them to put Love in my food. ????????because that make em' come back. Food was put nicely in the box nor just thrown in. Read more
Don't come here if you want fast food, like it's supposed to be. Every time I've been here I've waited 15+mins for food. Save... yourself the wait and go to the one off Trinity Mills Rd next to the Walmart off George Bush. Read more
Ordered whataburger with , lettuce tomato, added bacon...the bread was definitely not fresh, the meat tasted like it was fried... in old stale grease,lettuce was wilted tomatoes were literally disgusting soggy, get back to wk call and spoke to what Iassumed was the manager, she informed me if I came back she would remake my meal herself. Mmmm she never once apologized for theslop I received, so I decided to stop in after work. The same manager was there, during the time I ordered earlier that day. Sheclaimed she didn't speak to me over the phone, so I stated your workers are playing manager now?? I explained to her I wanted arefund due to the sloppy sandwich I had received early in the day. She agreed instead of her returning the funds back to mycard, she goes in the back comes out with this sheet of paper and a copy of my receipt, inquiring my name and number, statingthe funds will be returned to me in 3 to 5 days......so I inquire how?? she state oh you should see the refund by your bank in3 to 5 days......I will definitely be looking for my refund and will never order from that greasy spoon place again!! Not sure why people are so obsessed with Whataburger - almost everything I have ever eaten from here is disgusting. The fries... are soggy, the chicken strips are dry, and who puts AMERICAN CHEESE on a BACON BLEU CHEESE BURGER!?!? That is absolutelyrepulsive and was inedible; I ended up throwing most of the meal away. The banana pudding shake is good - but that's about allthe positive words I have for this restaurant. I was told to pull up to the front line so they could bring out my order. You?d think they wouldn?t mess up after making you... wait 5 more minutes for your food but nope I got no fries with 3 combos Update: that was 2 messed up orders in a matter of 5minutes of each other. This place was a LONG wait for a late night dinner. I think this is more indicative of staffing issues, nonetheless they were... taking it in strive. Delivering good service and even better food. Read more
