I love Whataburger but this is Definitely the worst Whataburger in Texas 0/10... The long wait wouldn't be so bad if the food... wasn't always hard and cold. This location consistently ruins one of my favorite fast food experiences. Slow, rude, bad serviceand terrible food. Just drive the extra 2 miles to the next one. Read more
The ability to take an order and have it ready quickly is what make "Fast Food" fast. This location hasn't known the meaning of... speed in far too long. It's pathetic that anyone needs to sit in the drive through line for more that 10 minutes, let alone 20.This happens almost every time I visit, PLEASE someone come in and teach these poor people how to keep things running smooth!! I don?t really post reviews but this was horrible. The manager was trying to blame me for their mistakes. Wrong sandwich, missed... sandwich, missed fries- and she said oh so you didn?t check? Really? Isn?t it your job to check orders? And when we are missingitems we inform you. Definitely never visiting this location- you should really train your managers on how to handle situationsand your staff members. Read more
