Waited 10 minutes past the latest pickup time, to have to call them to bring my food out. When they brought out the food not... even 2 minutes later, the guy apologized about the wait and said that my order didn't show I was here on their screen. I askedif my food was just sitting there the whole time. He said "no, we start it when you check in." My fries were cold and the burgerand chicken sandwich were both nasty. Today I went through the drive thru to order a #1 meal. They were out of medium cups. I was asked if I?d like small, or large. I... replied medium like it comes. I was then told I?d have to buy the large, or they could give me a small, but they would charge mefor the medium. I asked for the manager, but he just confirmed what I was told originally. I asked for the large drink at themedium price. I was denied. So I come to eat at your establishment, wanting to pay for what I get, but you want to screw people.Give them less, or charge them more. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was the worst one I have ever tasted. The service was also slow for fast food. I... hate wasting food but I could only tolerate a couple of bites. Next time I will pack a snack to stave off the hunger until Ican get to a wholesome meal. They were very busy though so I take it a lot of other people enjoy their food. Read more
