The gentleman taking orders working the drive-thru was awful. Voicebox was clear to patrons though he messed up orders while... YELLING! Then gave no utensils or straws. We had to keep waiting at the window. UGHH! Then the shift leader had to update hiscash count. 6pm 11/25/22 Read more
Every time I come here the drive thru takes forever even if there?s only 2 cars in line. They take their sweet time and have... really bad customer service. The worst is they take like 20 min to take your order. Read more
I have been coming here for years. It's open 24 hours and it's always reliable for good hot decent food. The onion rings at this... location for some reason are better than any other Whataburger. The new banana pudding Shake is the best thing in the world.They need to make this shake a permanent flavor. But if they don't we still have the other three to rely on. The restaurant isalways clean inside and out, the staff is always friendly, and they work both lines almost all the time. Read more
Very slow. I stood at the counter for 15 mins and no one took my order. Although everyone was walking around talking and... looking at me standing there. Very very slow staff. Almost as bad as McDonald's. Read more
Ordered curbside, waited for 15 minutes. I had to drive around to the drive-thru and the lady told me ?you have to come inside?... no ?sorry about the wait?, no explanation, nothing. So I went inside and it wasn?t even busy! The worker was just lazy anddidn?t want to have to bring it outside. And an elderly man next to me ordered curbside and was waiting even longer than me.But he used a wheelchair, which is why he wanted to use that service instead of going inside. So it?s very inconsiderate (andableist) to offer a curbside option and not honor it because you just don?t feel like it. Read more
