The food is always good at the store. But don't use your card here. They just give themselves a tip out of your order. If I want... to give you a tip I will. i?m in the drive-through now. It is now 9:41 AM. There was a order taker taking my order incorrectly. Getting upset with me... because I had to repeat my order two or three times back to her team member to get my order correct it?s not about who is rightat this moment if you listen to the paying customer you would know what it is that I want it you?re not right anyways I am thecustomer is paying for this food, so how could you ever feel like you?re right then you went back-and-forth with me on thespeaker, causing a whole entire line behind us to form when you could?ve just listen to the pan customer give me my order and Icould?ve been out of your way. Took 45 minutes of being trapped in drive thru line before they even took my order. 3rd time it's taken over an hour in drive... thru to get food, with only a few vehicles ahead. 3 different days, 3 different times of day. No way to exit the line, you'retrapped. There is NO WAY OUT. Food isn't even good. Never, EVER come here if you value your life. -edit- still in line, 2 carsahead of me, it's now been 55 minutes, order taker would not give time estimate or acknowledge problem. Read more
This place needs to shut down. This location in given Whataburger name a horrible reputation. 1.Drive thru service is horrible!... I have tried to order plenty of times and nobody picks up the call. Then I drive around and kids are playing inside ignoring thefact that there is a line outside. This has happen more than one occasion. 2. place is a mess every time. Worst location ever the manager took our order i ordered the bacon and cheese burger and i specifically asked for no pickels no... mustard because IM ALLERGIC TO IT and I recieved nothing of what i ordered he said i gave yall an extra burger for free likewhat ?? I need a negative number to rate what this location has turned into. This used to be the best Whataburger in town it?s right... down the street from us we ate there about once a week I?m posting two pictures from The last visit I had which will absolutelybe the last visit I have this is terrible the line is always extremely long it always takes at least 30 minutes to get yourorder and a lot of times it?s not right, the previous visit I ordered a burger with no onions and they put extra extra onions onit I?m done Read more
Walked in establishment at 6:40pm... After a few minutes guy without name tag took my order. I believe he was new. I ordered two... what a chicken sandwiches... I received my order 17 minutes later. And one of the sandwiches was not made correctly... I askedfor mayonnaise since it didn't have it on the sandwich... I waited 5 more minutes for Mayo... I end up walking out of theestablishment at 7:05pm. Bad customer service. Not attentive. The food was hot and fresh, my interaction with the staff was cool. This location off Buckner close to I-30 was completely... dirty, tables uncleaned and trash on the floor. Definitely could work on cleaning throughout the day. Read more
