Although this location was recently remodeled and looks nice, I will not be returning there. The self ordering system is... extremely slow and doesn't offer all the deals posted outside this location. Had to get assistance from an employee who seemedreluctant to want to help out. I had to pray before writing this review. We have been eating at Wendy for years. Never have we experienced the horrible... experience that we did on today. What's happening review after review is horrible. Someone on here even tried to talk to theCorporate Office and was told to callback. We went today and got a quick lunch due to us running around shopping and runerrands. I order the Biggie 5. A double stack with bacon and the drink and nuggets comes with it. I than ordered another doublestack and a drink. When we got ready to eat it was hair inside of my burger that made me ???? sick. I immediately called thestore. I was told to bring it back. But when I got back they were rude downright rude. Nonchalant attitude it took a minute thanone young lady stepped up to remake the order. I did say it was a racist feeling because you can see the hair was cooked insidethe meat. Not planted inside but cooked. We left with a new order not hot not fresh but a new order. Went through drive thru around 10:30, so they were not super busy. Was given flat soda with no ice, half of my order was wrong... and when I asked for them to fix my order I was ignored. Called the store to speak with the manager and was left on hold for 10minutes. Called corporate and they don?t take complaints on the weekend. Avoid this place. Read more
Drive thru Maria is racist and talks to black customers however and her supervisors are okay with it
