Went through the drive thru last night. Honestly, I never go to Wendy's because I cannot recall a single time I ever got my... correct order. This was very par for the course. I ordered one 4 for 4 and 3 orders of 6 spicy nuggets. What I recieved was a 4for 4 and 3 orders of 4 spicy nuggets. Shorting me out of a full order of 6 nuggets. It did take me over 20 minutes to getthrough the drive thru. It wasn't that busy when I arrived. Then drove home 8 minutes away. To find my order wrong and everyfood item was cold. Friendly wait staff, prompt service, and good food. Ordered a single burger, no onions, easy mustard and got exactly what I... asked for within a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint, the burger was a tad bit dry but the tomato gave it justenough juice to moisten it up. Good quality food for the money. Read more
Food was fine when they got it right, other times they would give you the wrong sandwich entirely. I know employees have no... control over prices but 6 dollars for a plain chicken sandwich is insane, and 10 dollars for a meal is even worse Read more
This my local Wendys and its terrible. I'd like to sugar coat it but its just not good. The staff doesn't pay attention to your... order and often get it wrong. They're also not particularly friendly, often seeming bothered that you've disturbed thereotherwise quiet day. The food has given me poisoning on a few occasions as well. Don't forget to ask for ketchup or you won'tget any. Its just bad all around. Read more
