Why is this location so bad??? They close early. If not they are always taking FOREVER. Then when u get to the front to order... they talk so unprofessional. Then when u get to the front to pick up ur food, they always forget something. Or if u ask for noonions in the chili, they make sure to put onions. They forget straws and condiments ALL THE TIME. oh also the food is nevercooked correctly I got some chili that was runnier than water. Well they told me they'd have my total at the window cause they thought I said large fries but weren't sure. What I actually... said was large root beer, not sure how they sound the same, but what I ended up getting was a medium coke. And the line for thedrive thru was out of the parking lot, I had kids to take home and put to bed, so I parked and called three times in a row andgot no answer and finally went home with a coke to make a root beer float for my kids. The manager was very rude to me. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes than when I got my food it was cold. Manager refused... to remake my food so I asked for a refund. She did not give me my refund. Instead she slammed the drive thru window aftersnatching the food out my hands. I had to call the police on her just to get my money back. Worst experience ever for any Wendy's I have been to!! All my food was cold and I asked them to give me some fresh hot fries and... that took forever and I didn't even get to eat my food because I was too late to get back from lunch! Like I said and I tried itagain and still all my food was cold!
