Placed an order online on 10/17. Went to the drive thru to pick up and they told me they didn't have my order. I showed the... receipt I had via email with correct Wendy's location and they still wouldn't make my food. I called customer service twice andstill wasn't refunded. Had to call my bank and dispute charge to get my money. Definitely won't be back when employees are notmaking your food that you paid for. Read more
Arrived at the drive thru to pick up my order and was informed they gave my food to the car in front of me. I politely asked for... them to remake my food and they told me they were unable to do that and I would have to re-order again. I don?t know why but Idid decide to re-order and they said to move to a parking space and would bring my order out as soon as it was done. Waited 45minutes and no one even checked on me. I ended up leaving being out $34 and no food. It?s not my fault they gave the food tosomeone else and it?s not my problem I should have to deal with. Still no refund at the time of leaving this review and someoneneeds to make it right. One star for customer service. Read more
Had the worst experience last night when ordering drive thru. A black male with a black and gray beard was extremely rude. He... rushed me to order, cut me off in the middle of a response, and was completely disrespectful. His behavior was unprovoked.Customer service means a lot to me so I will not be visiting-that location again. Read more

This location used to be super busy but after two recent visits, I can see why folks have made other choices. Both times the... food did not seem freshly made. The fries were cold and veggies on the burger were limp. Really nice employees though. Read more
Place was dead. When we walked in,trash on the floor,counters,windows were dirty. Went to the restroom and wow. Just wow. We... ordered. My kid got a burger with pickles and ketchup. It came with everything. We asked the lady clearly said to remake itpickles and ketchup. We only got pickles and a jalapeños. My daughter had given up by this point. There were close to no softdrinks on their coca cola freestyle machine. And food wasn't hot. Wish I could put no stars. Not all Wendy's but this one inparticular was terrible. Read more
If I could give one star I would. Personal is above RUDE. Gave the orders wrong and when you tell them they close the window of... the drive-thru on your face. I had to come in to store to get the rest of my order and wait like 10 minutes in the counter forthem ti come and give the rest of the order that they first got incomplete with an attitude. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but I?ve gone to this location a handful to times and it has been a consistently... unfortunate experience with each trip through the drive-thru line. It took a minute or three for anyone to even greet me on thedrive thru speaker, and he spoke with an annoyed undertone. I waited for another minute at the cashier window while him andanother employee were playing around, and when he did finally glance at me, he just had his hand out to take my card with noactually communication of any sort towards me. The total was also slightly different that what was initially given. I pulled tothe next window to get my food, which almost felt like it was thrown at me with how unbothered and hasty the employee was. Heactually gave me the wrong order, so I had to wave for a little bit to get his attention again. He spoke to me like I was anunfavorable classmate while trying to figure out my order, so not exactly the most professional communication skills. I dideventually get my food. Somehow the nuggets tasted a bit burnt while also being lukewarm, but I?m at least grateful that Ieventually got what I ordered. I do my best to practice patience and compassion, but this location is sorely in need of solidleadership and training. Read more
