Wow, all I can really say is wow. I was not expecting to find this Ramen hidey-hole tonight but I'm so glad I did. The ramen was... very rich and flavorful with nice chewy authentic noodles. Part of me doesn't want to share this place and just keep it tomyself because it's so dang good! I ordered the salmon mayo onigiri and cheese premium miso. So much food and super enjoyable. Pretty good, legit izakaya right here. We had the tonkotsu ramen with extra char siu, a veggie ramen, fried shrimp yakisoba,... fried shrimp appetizer, and the salmon mayo onigiri. While I liked my tonkotsu ramen it was oversalted, but the veggie ramen wasgreat and had good depth to the flavor. The yakisoba was also very tasty. I wish the fried shrimp had a tempura batter but maybethey don't as an economical choice? They were a bit overdone and not as tasty as I was expecting. The mayo salmon onigiri had nonori (probs a kitchen choice) and didn't have as much salmon in it as I thought there would be. A couple tweaks and I think thisplace will be stellar. The staff was attentive and absolutely lovely though. We'll have to visit again. Read more

This place is the bomb! The food was delicious and they have their full menu on Instagram! The environment was super cool! The... only thing is that it?s a tight space, but there?s plenty of seating! Owner and staff were super nice! For 2 bowls of ramen andan order of pork dumplings and drinks was about $40 without tip, but the ramen bowls were filling!! So good! Worth it! Read more

Tasty & rich! If someone would have told me Dallas had really good ramen I would have been skeptical but whew, this ramen... compares to a few good spot on the US West Coast! Solid selection of options on the menu including chicken broth ramen, karage,some really unique drinks, and the traditional selection found at a raman restaurant. Really really flavorful and tasty! Thelayout was fun featuring a bar upfront where you can watch the chefs work their magic and booths for parties of 2-4. Good times,will definitely revisit. Read more

Great atmosphere, ramen, and dumplings!! There cha shu (pork on the ramen) was really good probably best I?ve ever had. Try Pork... Rib Ramen! I tried spicy black ramen and regret not had pork rib ramen. The black ramen has somewhat much oil in the broth buttastes good. Dumplings are good too! Read more
