This is my 3rd time at this location! Hands down the CLEANEST Waffle House ever! Everyone is courteous! We didn?t have to ask... for butter or syrup because we had all we needed prior to the food being served. The utensils were shining! It smelled pleasant?not like a toilet! Work pals and I wanted breakfast for lunch. Got to Waffle House and the joint was jumpin? with fun Friday dance music and happy... diners. Only one table open and it was whisked clean for us by the assistant manager. Fast service and the food was yummy. By12:30 we were the last table in the restaurant. Manager said they?d have slow business until it picked up again at 3:00. Theypicked up all the chairs and mopped the floor and started prepping for the next rush. Worst service ever. The woman at the register was awesome, but our server was awful. Everyone was running around, super... busy, except her. She didn't a lot of time just standing. After we ordered she took forever to finally call our order, andmost of it was wrong. It took three trues to get her to bring me water, and she did so very grudgingly, with no straw. Ihad to go behind the counter and get my own. No refills on coffee or water were offered. We were charged for things wedidn't order. No choice of toast was offered so we got toast we didn't eat. And the place next to us was never cleaned. Ourbacon wasn't crispy, the hash browns tasted old. Very disappointing visit. Read more

The staff greeted me unlike at some of the other Waffle Houses. The Spanish lady, in her twenties, was my to go waitress,... however, the white lady with the long orange hair rung me up. This was so helpful because I didn?t have to wait for my waitressto pay. My waitress was busy preparing my order. By the time I finished paying my order was handed to me. Phenomenal customer service and great atmosphere even though we ate there before midnight. The food was fresh and... excellent. Best Waffle House ever Staff is very friendly and not possess off like others. Service is great and they?re on top of customers... unlike others where u wait ages to get a coffee refill. Big plus is that they tell good morning when you walk in which was asurprise for me but was welcoming. Read more
