$50 dollars for a two piece quesadilla, tostada, and a small chicken bowl was not worth the pricing. The tostada was extremely... greasy and saturated in grease and cheese. We came in at 8pm thirty minutes before closing and was told when we tried sitting toeat “ yea, because we close at 8:30” basically saying we can’t sit and eat inside. Our food came out at 8:25pm the workerwas walking ups to the door to leave. The experience was not as pleasing as we thought it would be. We traveled from downtowndallas to try this location and we are disappointed. Also we asked for sour cream for the quesadillas and was told it came withthe entire but once we received our food we had to pay .75 cents. The causes my stomach to be upset after the second bite of thetostada. It looked great from the Instagram pictures but it wasn’t that great. Read more
Staying at one of the many nearby hotels for a few days and wanted tacos because it was Tuesday and why not? This is a hidden... gem, tucked away in a strip mall between a sports bar and a sushi shop. Ordered the brisket tacos, although the salmon tacoswere tempting. Simple but effective presentation. Delicious flavor - put salsa Roja (red) on one for a little zip and tomatillo(green) salsa on the other for extra flavor. Both delicious! Served with little “buckets” of rice and pinto beans on theside. Bonus was the iced-down, bottled Mexican sodas. Family run place; looks like a fast food joint on the inside but it’sanything but. Loved this place! The staff was super friendly & welcoming! My favorite item was the Vegan nachos, omg they were so delicious!... Their menu items are pretty flavorful and that is something hard to find in Addison! I will be returning! Read more
I visited Taco Kitchen for the first time today. The food and the service were phenomenal! I had a beef tostada, salmon tacos,... guacamole and fried bread pudding. Everything I ordered was very fresh, and seasoned to perfection. Do yourself a favor and trythe salmon tacos. Because everything is made fresh, there is a short wait. Taco Kitchen prepared for me the best tacos I\'ve ever had in my life. Everything was amazing, from friendly service to... perfectly prepared food. My girlfriend had the Shrimp and Chorizo Grits specialty, and this was also the best grits I\'ve evereaten. I will be coming here every day until I travel back home to Florida, and they\'re giving me reason to keep an eye on thelocal real estate... Taco Kitchen is Taco Heaven!!! Read more
AMAZING food! I wanted to try everything. It was very flavorful. The restaurant is very clean and I love the bright and vibrant... colors. It makes it very lively and inviting. I will be back! This food left me speechless. The whole experience left mespeechless. I have been eating here everyday since this business has opened. I couldn’t believe it still tasted good aftercoming back a few times. I was so shocked by the consistency. You have a customer for life! Wow! I’m impressed. We recently picked up food from here for the first time. I had the shrimp and grits – it had a really nice flavor and was... tasty, however, I couldn’t help but be disappointed in the portion size and price. The bowl was $17.99 and it only came with 4shrimp plus I paid $2.25 for one extra shrimp. While I’d love to go back for even just that dish, I can’t justify paying$20+ for it. My husband had the steak burrito and it was also really delicious.. one of the better ones we’ve had, evencompared to authentic Mexican places near Garland! Read more
