Tasty breakfast and delicious coffee ??????????????????, but the wait time was unacceptable and I would not recommend this... location to anyone. We arrived at this location at 7:30am ???? on a Saturday. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. However ourserver was extremely slow and looking everywhere else and very easily distracted. He took our order and that was all. Thekitchen staff seemed extremely slow too. There were many people working as I see them walking around and handing out to-goorders ???? sometimes. After 35 minutes, I asked another server for some water and a coffee ?? refill. She was nice and providedthat to us. Needless to say, our food didn’t arrive until a whole hour and 20 minutes later. They do not close Uber Eats items correctly. I ordered breakfast and a orange juice. There are tabs on the bag but they were not... closed (see pictures for reference. I also paid for a large orange juice and this is definitely a small. They did close thedrinking hole with tape, but it defeats the purpose when you can just take off the lid. Read more

I'm on the fence. I've been going to this place for 40 yrs. I visit as many locations as I can. I don't know if it's just cut... backs or what? My omelet looked deflated. They don't offer American cheese. The syrup is like water & it had a funny taste.After talking to the people at the table next to me....i ended up trying/tasting the syrup from they're table. Taste way betterthan what they gave us. Ruined our pancakes with the bad syrup. Not to mention our pancakes were about a size & a half biggerthan silver dollar cakes. Conpared to what I'm accustomed to, they weren't appetizingat all. Just small thin sponge cakes. Themanager came to the table after complaining about the syrup & she even agreed that they taste different. She replaced thepancakes & even agreed that my omelet looked skinny & deflated but didn't deduct anything off the bill for the inconvenience &frustration. We ended up taking everything to go. This place doesn't represent the quality, serving size & taste of the brand.It was my 1st time at this location & they only got 3 stars because i know the brand so well. It is faster to add yourself to the waitlist for the restaurant on Yelp BEFORE you arrive!!! ???????? The Pumpkin Pancakes are... so good I ate half of them with no syrup and just the whipped cream! The Banana Pancakes are just as amazing! The omelette isbaked so if you like a harder scramble on your eggs, you should remember to ask to cook it longer! Bomb! Spinach, cheddar, andmushroom with ham and bacon added! ???????????????????????? The service was fast and our waitress Amanda T. was a pro!?????????????????? Definitely recommend for breakfast!!! The food was delicious. There was a bit of a wait time to get the food, but it was worth it. It’s better than Snooze in my... opinion. If you want breakfast or crepes, and don’t want to go to IHOP or Denny’s come here. The customer service was reallygood, we were attended very well. I look forward to coming back. Read more
Wow, why have we been sleeping on this place. We last went there for our commitment ceremony breakfast 13 years ago, and have... been missing out ever since. Went there this morning for my husband's birthday breakfast. Food was fantastic! I had a shortstack of blueberry pancakes and my other half had a short stack of pumpkin pecan pancakes. Then we split an order of scrambledeggs and bacon. Everything was perfection! The pancakes were really light, and I mean that in a good way. I didn't have theheavy feeling I often have after pancakes. And the flavors were on point. The eggs were fluffy and the bacon. Well, I normallylike my bacon crispy, but I now appreciate the benefit of a nicely cooked thick slice of bacon. And the icing on the cake (orthe whipped cream on the pancake) was the service and staff. Amber the manager seated us and then checked in on us laterintroducing herself and even asking for our names!! We definitely got the feeling they wanted us to return. And our serverHunter was so friendly and helpful. When we were struggling to make a decision (we can be picky!) he came up with just the rightsuggestions.
