I was about to receive alot of company coming & went to buy a large ham to make many easy, delicious meals!! It seems like a... huge amount to spend on one ham, but we were able to eat so many meals with slices, chunks cut up into casseroles, several soupswith the bone broth, & even a few frozen packets ready to even make a couple more meals throughout the month! Great service and excellent sandwiches. We had a catering lunch and had pulled pork, roast turkey and honey ham sandwiches... which came with side orders of potato salad and broccoli salad. The quality of food is excellent and we will come back for more! Read more

I ordered a sliced boneless ham online for Thanksgiving and while I chose the location, their system chose the pick-up time... without giving me the option. It told me to call the store to change the time. So I called and told them I wouldn't be able topick it up until late afternoon. Either they were too busy or didn't have the ability to look up my order, but they told me notto worry about it, that my order would be fine waiting a few hours. When I arrived, they couldn't find my order and ended upgiving me a bigger/better ham so I was satisfied. But later on, I found an e-mail that indicated I had picked up my ham around2pm (I had not) since I didn't arrive until after 5pm. So four stars for the ham, two stars for their inflexible online system,and three stars for the local store's ability to handle the rush volume of orders. Read more

First time in this afternoon. Ladies were very nice, very knowledgeable about holiday ordering. Got the smokes turkey sandwich... to go with a side of potato salad. Best freakin' sandwich I've ever had! Tater salad was good, too. I will definitely be back! Read more

This place has the worst customer service. My husband drove all the way out to this location on 12/21 to pick up a reserved ham.... The cashier told him a little after 6:30 pm that the "system was down" and that they would not be able to process any forms ofpayment for the hams. He asked "how am I supposed to get my ham?". They said, "just come back tomorrow". He had a coupon for $8off a bone in ham if picked up from 12/19 to 12/21. I expected they would honor the coupon since it was their mistake/issue. Myhusband went back on 12/22 to pick up the ham (as they directed) and they would not honor the coupon. The supervisor on dutysaid to him rudely "I was here last night at 6:30 pm and our systems were NOT down".The employees here are inconsiderate. I havealso been sitting on the phone for over 15 minutes trying to call the store to speak directly to the supervisor regarding thisissue. Do yourself a favor and pick another location to pick up your ham. Read more
