We did the afternoon tea. This place was awesome! The vibe, the live Harp player and the service. The unlimited tea paired with... the food was good! Make your reservation and I hope you enjoy your Afternoon tea! Read more

The high tea here is exceptional. Great for a special occasion or on a date. My wife loved it. The atmosphere alone is... breathtaking and they even have a harpist that really sends the atmosphere over the top. Will come back. Read more

Perfect spot to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday with my sisters. Service was great and food was even better than we expected!... And of course, the tea we loved. Would definitely try to go back during the holidays. They had a live harpist playing as well. Read more

I took my 83 year old grandmother here for tea, she was tickled the entire time as she grew up in Dallas and would frequent the... Adolphus with her friends and husband in her 20s! We walked the entire lobby/coffee shop/ rodeo bar/ French room areas as wereminisced on what they used to be before the renovation and ALL of the staff we encountered were so kind and go out of theirway to point out original details that remain. Connie was our server at tea and she was fantastic, we had several other peoplerefilling our drinks and they were incredibly pleasant as well. One young man brought out the tea package so she can buy them!Highly recommend. Read more

Wow what a cool experience!!! I was in town for my birthday weekend and a friend sent this pop up bar to me called “Bar... Lilly” located inside the French room at the hotel. This unique pop up features high end handcrafted cocktails with stunningfloral vibes. The room had fresh flowers throughout and the vibe was really quite sultry. Perfect for a date night. Thecocktails do each start around $20 so be sure you prepare for that, they do also offer beers and ciders if your opting for aless expensive and fancy drink. Additionally they serve small bites and appetizers if you get there early enough. **A cool tipis if you visit on Thursday between 5-11pm a local French band plays live in the parlor. The bar will only be around for 2months however through June 2022. ???????????? Read more

By the grace of God himself, my girlfriend and I got a last-minute reservation through Resy for afternoon tea. We had such a fun... time and loved the vibe/ambiance. The hostesses were super friendly (they validated our parking) and our servers, Pete andJames, were great. I’m not a tea connoisseur by any means but I enjoyed the Oolong and Black tea they served. The teacakes/pastries/scones and bottomless champagne were by far my favorites of the morning. Definitely recommend for a fun GNO! Read more

To say I was more than disappointed is an understatement. I've had Afternoon Tea all over the world and this ranks in my... bottom half. In 1 hours time I was served exactly 1 cup of tea. The waitress was very chatty but not great at making sure ourtea flowed. I make better Tea sandwiches at home. They were very dry. Mostly tasteless. You wouldn't even know there wascucumber in the sandwich it was so sparse. The dessert was just average. Didn't even eat most of it. Scones were dry andtasteless. The worst part about the experience was they sat us in the lobby area, not even in the main tea room. So we had noambiance of the actual French Room. It was terrible. And we had made reservations months and mo months in advance. For all thehype it's not worth the money! Read more

Awesome way to spend a Sunday morning. We have been to many high teas and this was lovely. Service was great (Thanks Connie!!!).... The caviar add-on is absolutely worth it. Champagne is tasty. Teas were very nice. As some noted, you don't choose your ownteas. This doesn't bother me at all. I enjoyed having a pairing I didn't have to think about. We also liked that we didn't haveto be in charge of steeping the tea ourselves. If I had any criticism, it is just that the dessert cakes were very sweet andthere were just too many of them. With that said, they pair nicely with the tea, but we aren't big into sweets. When I'm in townnext I'll keep that in mind when selecting a day to visit so I can take the extra back to my hotel room so they don't go towaste. Overall, we enjoyed it and it was a great ending to our Dallas trip. Read more
