I love Taqueria el Arquito!!! I found them when looking for good taco places in my area, specifically trompo and this place did... not disappoint! Some , if not, the best trompo tacos I?ve found! I love the trompo special! The tacos have a good amount ofmeat, good authentic flavor and the sides are a huge plus (grilled onions, cucumbers, radishes, onion/cilantro, limes, grilledpineapple and grilled Serrano peppers + salsas). Literally cannot go wrong with them. I crave the tacos at least once a week.I?m telling you, hit up this spot whenever you?re near downtown. Don?t be fooled by the connected gas station either. El arquito is soooo good! Don?t be alarmed when u pull up because it is at a gas station but it?s ok we ate in the car, it was a... vibe lol. It was freaking bomb I will definitely come again! I got the chilaquiles plate , sauce was amazing but it was drenched in it, It was like a soup. The beans were runny too. Don't... come here expecting to sit down (it's in a gas station), or even get good service, I showed up at 5:20 and they said I had towait 20 minutes to place an order. She asked me if I was really going to wait those 20 minutes too. They do have trompo which iscool, never had it but it always looked really good. I think I'll have to get it somewhere else . Probably the only good place to pick up food when we went to visit Trinity Grove. Awesome little area to hang out next to it.... This taqueria is inside a gas station. Workers were very nice! Had the trompo tacos which were good, got the job done. Read more
