It literally took them longer than 38min to make me 2 tacos and a cabana bowl. They just kept looking at me and not even saying... anything. I deliberately sat there waiting to see how much longer it would be. It took for a shift change and to ask the guywho has great customer service can he please make my food. We only had one person in front of us. Our order was taken quickly. We love the multi flavored margaritas!!! He Taco Cabana... hasn't really come back from it's COVID restrictions. Dear Taco Cabana, I came here about a week ago, where one of your own Caucasian managers treated me insensitively. I have been... eating the Shredded Taco Cabana Bowls from this company for approx 17-18 years since '04-05. The problem here is that I had asimple request. All I wanted was an extra shell. Mind you over the years I have spent at 4-5 figures on this damn meal. Amanager refused to give me an additional shell. Refused to sell it to me in addition to my order. Overall it was not that good. The chips smelled and tasted like old oil, the salsa bar was obsolete, and the restroom (men's I... don't know about the women's) was disgusting. What I did enjoy was the street tacos. Not the bests tacos I've had, but ok for aquick bit. Read more
We checked the closing time on Google and it even stated on their speaker that they closed at 10p. We pulled up to the window at... 9:44p. I understand not wanting last minute customers, but this also very misleading to us. Perhaps they should note the correctclosing time if they're going to close earlier. Read more
