It literally took them longer than 38min to make me 2 tacos and a cabana bowl. They just kept looking at me and not even saying... anything. We only had one person in front of us. Our order was taken quickly. We love the multi flavored margaritas!!! He Taco Cabana... hasn't really come back from it's COVID restrictions. Dear Taco Cabana, I came here about a week ago, where one of your own Caucasian managers treated me insensitively. I have been... eating the Shredded Taco Cabana Bowls from this company for approx 17-18 years since '04-05. The problem here is that I had asimple request. All I wanted was an extra shell. Mind you over the years I have spent at 4-5 figures on this damn meal. Amanager refused to give me an additional shell. Refused to sell it to me in addition to my order.
