I just came from Taco Cabana, highly disappointed because my breakfast tacos barely had eggs in it and the bean and chorizo taco... has so much grease that the tortilla is soaked in it and inedible. I let it pass last week when the taco had very little egg asopposed to being full all other times but twice within a week and making food so greasy that it's inedible is not acceptable. Read more
One thing Taco Cabana still does to this day is use ONE DEEP FRYER for all fried products, including seafood and other meat... products. This makes their tortilla chips taste strange. Also, the taco meat tasted like chemicals were added to the spices. A few years back, this chain went on a spree of closing various locations, which was on the local news. Also, many of the newmanagers are very young and immature people who are terrible at giving good customer service. A very close friend of mine whoworked for the company for 24 years, got let go by Taco Cabana, along with the other long-time veteran managers and supervisorsso the company could start over with cheaper managers and employees. Guess what happened? Taco Cabana has never been very goodsince then. I suggest going to Rosa's Cafe, they are similarly priced, and have better food for their price range. Read more
The people working here do not even know what a on their menu. They had no idea how to make nachos. I paid full drive for meat... and cheese only, they put no toppings on them. Great looking menu with many options. Clean condiments area. Fast lobby service. The food was amazing I got the chicken fajitas... bowl and my girl got the chicken supreme nachos( I will mention she did not order chicken but we did not complain because shelikes chicken and it looked so good she was okay with the mix up) Cool vibes???? plus size friendly and seems to be LGBTQ+friendly. I order 2 steak tacos and an 8oz chi ken tortilla soup. The was so hard like if they microwaved it. The chicken tortilla soup... didn't have chicken in it and the Manager could care less.
