I?m never coming back to this location my bowl used to be $5.89 now it?s $8.23and they put nothing in my bowl. I might as well... go to Chipotle. This is the saddest cabana bowl I ever had. I understand you need to raise prices but you at least give peoplequality food. Read more
Just an absolute catastrophe! The place is empty and they cannot get food out to customers! Got a refund for my meal after 15... minutes and went elsewhere. For those around me who did manage to get their food: everyone had table tents which would implythat staff should bring food to the table. What actually happened was that someone just yelled out the table tent number afterslapping a meal on a counter, way off in a corner somewhere. Also: salsa bar empty. Read more
Believe the bad reviews! The reviews are 1 or 5 star so we still tried this place as we never ate here before. The staff is... incredibly rude and sloppy, they forgot one of my items or didn't want to make it and just left it out of my bag. The food wasso bland and tasted like almost nothing, no seasoning what so ever. My hubs called to ask them about an order and it ran 10times then they picked up and told him "just wait" then hung up the phone before he could say a word. Honestly worse than TacoBell (we both agreed Taco Bell would've at least had some flavor) and the customer service is worse than Mcdonald's. Read more
The food was horrible! The meat was so dried out. The woman cashier was very rude and kept rolling her eyes and touching her... hair repeatedly when I was asking her a question about my order. The price was ridiculous for the portion or the food Ireceived.it was not fresh at all. I will not be returning to this location. This absolutely ruined my night. I called and talkedto the African American male who said he was the manager about my order. He refused to do anything about the order. Usually theperson quesadilla has guacamole and sour cream on it. This location SUCKS!!! The girl at the drive thru always has an attitude. The order is never right and the rice is never cooked... fully. One time my son found a piece of wire in his taco and they said we had no proof it was theirs. We told them it was fromthe cleaning bristles to clean the grill, we asked to see it and they denied us. All these pictures of the food look nice butthis is what you really get when you order dinner through the drive thru. Looks like cigarillo shrubs! Read more
We went through the drive through and customer service was good. The person taking the order was friendly. We ordered a taco... salad, the grande nachos and an order of taquitos. The nachos were so huge! It comes in a pizza type of box. I almost thoughtthey were giving us the wrong order! The nachos could be shared! They were very good. The only "almost" complaint was their werea lot of nachos with nothing on them, the topping was in the middle but they were so huge it didn't make much of adifference. The two salad was a little disappointing but it was still decent. The fajita meat was a bit bland by it wasn't toobad. Their is brand and rice under the lettuce so dig deep and stir good! The taquitos were really fresh and hot. I chose quesofor my dipping sauce. They did not place the top on all way so some it spilled but enough was left to enjoy. Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Burritos were good. Fajita tacos weren?t very good as the beef was overcooked and dry. Staff... were nice and friendly. Everyone restaurant has a bad day, so may need to give it another try on a different day. I miss thefamily meals they used to offer. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Read more
