I went through the drive through and asked for double decker tacos which I know they aren?t on the menu but nobody ever has a... problem making them they just charge the extra amount of money. A guy named Fernando got on the speaking being disrespectfulsaying they couldn?t make it which I told him that I get it all the time and never have any problems so why today? He proceededto tell me that okay I will do it this time but not after and said anything else so I said yes I need a sweet tea and water wellhe straight walked off the speaker. I pulled up and he named the double decker tacos and I said yeah but I also named off otherthings that I needed. He said well I went to take an order at the front without finishing mine. I came in today for 3 burritos and 2 orders of cinnamon twists. I got home to fine out the Grilled Chipotle Ranch Chicken... Burrito had almost no sauce on it, and the cinnamon twists were missing the cinnamon sugar topping. Who can eat them just plainlike this? It isn't worth driving back, but my kid and I were pretty disappointed to have to throw them away. I am leaving anextra star because this is one of the only locations to offer Chile Cheese Burritos. Staff was very rude. Was picking up an online order and had to wait, only to be given the wrong order. Staff insisted I was... given the right one (despite what they handed me not even being an online order bag), and got short with me when I told them itwas incorrect. Had quite of a strong staff onsite, but got the order incorrect. Gave me a cheaper burrito for the price of the Supreme burrito... I ordered. Taco was absolutely soggy, and everything was so so gross and cold. HORRIBLE,NEVER AGAIN HERE Read more
I have used this taco bell a few times for the drive through as well as online ordering and picking up. But I went today and sat... in there to get breakfast. I enjoy the ordering station were I can put in my order and make my modifications myself. I preferthat to trying to explain what I want to a person. Food was ready quickly and tasted like I expected- as always. Read more
1:38PM 7/21/2022 - one of the employees was eating on the line, not wearing gloves. I mentioned it to another employee who said... something to her but she didn't seem to really care. I then watched her go back eat some more potatoes and start consolidatingfood items using her bare hands to top off the tomatoes from one side of the line to the other etc I asked to speak to a managerand said I would like a refund cuz I don't feel comfortable eating here and he was very annoyed and kind of unhappy with mesaying that. I can only assume the health and sanitation standards at this entire establishment are not up to par if they didn'tsee any problem with this. I've been eating Taco Bell regularly for 20 plus years and will never go to this location even on adare. Stay away if you care for your health! Read more

Customer service is always amazing here if your at the menu and you feel you need help they are happy to recommend things base... off what you say you like. They never have a attitude when I go and I get to the window and I?m greeted again like they arehappy to have my business. My food is ready by time my payment is taken . I love this place . Read more
