0 star. Refused to take my order in the cashier, insisted for me to use Kiosks. Three employees just standing around and no one... could take my order without having to use the Kiosks. Sometimes people prefer to talk to an actual person what is so wrong withthat? Read more
It's Taco Bell, you know what you're getting. Cross contamination seems pretty bad at this one.. I'd say it's a coin flip on... whether I'm picking cheese out of my food when I order something without cheese. The other half of the time I'm super happy withwhat I'm paying for. Read more

I didn?t mind the long line at night to order. It happens but the lady taking the drive thru orders was wearing head phones and... wasn?t listening to what I was saying for my order. Even after repeating myself numerous times she still got it wrong even atthe window. When I got home ate the first taco and realized half way that there was no taco meat. Opened the second soft tacoand there was a nickel size of taco meat total. Same with the last taco. Basically paid for nothing. Very upsetting. Read more
Pat was taking the orders and she is a true treasure! Very nice lady, representative for your company. The restaurant is clean... and the food is good. Sauces, napkins, lids and straws all in stock. Great selection of beverages too. Even the restroom wasclean, at least in comparison to some places. Standard Taco Bell fare and nothing seemed to been just thrown together.
