I have been by this Taco Bell three times now and the doors are locked. Staff sitting and eating and no one willing to take a... walk up order. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Knocked on the door and they kept eating, didn?t even acknowledge me.Thank you Wendy?s next door for incredible customer care. I will never eat Taco Bell again, that was the worst experience. Online hours has 9am app let's customers order and online takes money. Go through drive through and the manager says they are... not open come back at 10am. Come back after 10 am manager comes out very rude says they are still not open that she can give mecold food. Manager mentions that they came in late but it is not customers fault that the employees come in late to wait till11am to be able to get their food. Read more
Patricia the person who helped me at the register was very nice. The ?manager? I guess (big guy) was a complete jerk to not only... his staff but all the guests in the restaurant. I don?t even work for the guy and I wanted to tell him to treat people better orjust keep his mouth shut. Absolutely poor attitude. Just wasted TWENTY minutes in the drive through all to get my order wrong. Literally the third time in the last month they put... chicken in a CHEESE quesidilla. Cheese means cheese. I don't eat meat, especially from Taco Bell. No dinner for me tonightsince we have a game a 7pm. I'm tired of wasting my money here. Never again. Read more

It is advertised that this Taco Bell location?s drive-thru is open until 4 AM CST. But every time that I come, whether it?s 1... AM, 2:30 AM, or 3 AM they continuously tell me that they are closed. My husband and i went at a late night last month and some young gentleman and not in the literal sens, served us through the... drive thru. It was the worst service ever RUDE.
