Staff refuses to serve people even way before their cutoff time. I'll never return to this late-night again. You had me miss... other opportunity for food with waiting nearly 30+ min in back to back traffic I couldn't move from. Hire managers forlate-night who value your customer. If your going to close early maybe kill the lobby lights and the order box. Relay themessage adequately to your customers. Don't inconvenience me and than be rude through the call box. Read more

I placed an online order heading to work my parents both speak broken English but you can understand it well enough to get what... they are saying. My dad was saying we have a mobile order the drive through cashier said the wrong thing then someone else spokein Spanish and to pull up. We got to the window the cashier was rude and was very mad doing her job. Would never order hereagain. Read more

Unfortunately, I was instructed when pulling into the drive through that there was a 45 minute wait for any orders in the drive... through unless you are a third party delivery party. Popular weekend in the city due to TX/OU Red River Showdown, and there wasno one in the drive through. Makes me question that this branch aligns their business model with a plan Taco Bell would approveof. Read more

I have come here since before the pandemic. They have horrible customer service pandemic or not. They treat their customers like... trash and make everyone use the kiosks. Actually, it is kinda ironic because during the whole pandemic they would take yourorder and make you stand outside even though their bathrooms were disgusting and they had/have no paper towels. Be very careful placing an online order here. Staff were very rude and refused to give me my online order. The lady taking... orders at the drive thru was very ugly to me. I politely explained and showed to her that I ordered on the Taco Bell app but shekept shouting that they did not have an order under my name. She told me to order again and pay twice for the same meal! Afterspeaking with other staff and begging them for the meal I already paid for, I was finally able to get my order. This taco bellwill attempt to swindle you for your money, so please beware. Read more

Run down location, food taste like old grease, cashier argued with me when I told her she should've offered me the box when the... two items I ordered was over $6 but the item I ordered was in the box for a dollar more. She said I was right but if I had notsaid anything nothing would've been done to help me get more for my money. Will never return, my hard earned money could've beenspent else where. Try Burger Street they are delicious and always fresh. Lastly My Chalupa shell was hard, there was a drop ofmeat in it and just a sad place to eat. Read more
