I would not have given 1 star but no choice. They ignored the people, never heard them say thank you to anyone. I did for... them. Dirty, they were playing around and didn't care about anyone who ate inside. The District Manager needs to fix theproblem. Will never go back. Read more
It took them 5 minutes to get my order and it took me 20 minutes to get to place my order. They maybe short handed or not... willing to work fast in fast food industry. Whatever the case is, if you are unable to serve your customer properly, just closefor the day. Never come back to this location and I do recommend you not to either. Read more
Nobody came to counter even with 4 people standing there waiting. Napkins and sauces were empty. Worst fast food service ive... seen. Just wow. Not like i expect much from a taco bell but acknowledging customers is kind of common sense. Read more
Please get a new manager here!! This is a prime location!!! however the workers here do no reflect the business flow!!! Just... left at approx 3:15PM 4/13/22 ordered 3 sunrise smoothies, Doritos Locos meal and nacho fries! Didn?t get nacho fries I got 100fries in a container, which where fried in OLD grease and this one small cheese cup! The 3 freezes did not have any liquid inthem they were nothing but ICE. No napkins in bag! I have 3 people I know need a job and will work! The rudeness and entitlementis at all time high! Tip: Why not find you another JOB if you don?t like the one you have!!! Read more
This Taco Bell needs help. Maybe a completely overhaul. I hardly call this fast food. The drive thru lines are always long... because the employees make you sit at the speaker for at least five minutes before they even speak to you. Then you always endup waiting at least another 7 minutes at the window before they take your money. And then another 10 minutes to get your food. Read more
