The presentation and quality of the food at this location is almost always mediocre at best, however, we still consider it worth... the money when we have a hungry teenager to feed. However, tonight was worse than it has ever been. We were missing one of thebean burritos we ordered. The tacos we purchased had barely any filling in them. Not just not enough meat, but there was hardlyanything in the shells. The same for the burrito supreme. 1 small square of tomato does not change a burrito into a burritosupreme. The food presentation was also bad. The taco shells were in pieces. Also, instead of using a bag, they tossedeverything into a taco box. That wouldn't have been so bad, except that you could tell it had just been thrown in there. Thewrappings were all open and what few fillings there were, were spilling into the box. The only positive part of tonight'sexperience is that there were so few fillings in the taco shells, that the shells didn't have a chance to get soggy. This has got to be the worst experience I?ve ever had at any establishment. I ordered 2 tacos and a side of nacho cheese. After... 8 mins they finally tell me they don?t have any cheese. They offered other options that I did want and just asked for my tacos.They offered a refund and again I declined just simply asking for my tacos. To be told by the manger and or shift lead to ?Holdmy horses?. In no way is it ok acceptable for any associate let alone someone in leadership to address a customer who isawaiting a simple order in that manner. This place will never give you sauce for some reason. I seriously hate this specific taco bell, they dont care enough, like... please replace the whole place's workers. I'm begging you taco bell, replace these guys, they cant even grab sauces and put emin a bag. Read more
