You do an online order for a quick in and out. The lady in the drive thru was so RUDE. Ordered 3 burritos with 6 sauce packages.... It was taped shut so I figured they actually read the order. Got home to ZERO SAUCE PACKAGES. Who eats taco bell without tacosauce? None of the burritos had any indicator on it and they were all different PLUS IT WAS ALL COLD. Lovely. Since self-purchasing kiosks in front, nobody seems to care for customers. I mean no one worker!!! I was standing good 5min or... more. No service. What a digital world we are living in ? Other taco bell locations experienced the same too. Read more

Redesigned dining room and order counter. More signage would make the experience less confusing. I ordered ahead, but was very... unsure what to do when arrived 7 minites after my order email confirmation time and my order was not yet ready. A monitor with alist of orders and their status would be helpful so I'm not bothering the staff asking if it was lost, etc. Also taco Bellshould bring back the double decker tacos. And stop with all the crazy new menu items that are filled with rice and potatoes. Read more

Update: They are still advertising drive-thru in the app but not allowing it. Just turn it off, plenty of locations say that... they aren't accepting mobile orders. (End Update) They are telling people with mobile orders they have to come inside. The applets you pick drive thru or inside and I've picked up my orders for months that way. Get it together Taco Bell! I'm sitting inyour drive thru waiting to get through the line so I can go inside for an order you made me place through your app for "OnlineExclusives." This is ridiculous and unfortunately has been a recent trend for declining quality of service. I appreciate thereturn of the Mexican Pizza but that doesn't excuse bad service. I'm still at the window because they won't cancel the order.???? I've shown them twice now that my app doesn't have a way to cancel orders. Edit: they refused to let me explain mysituation to the manager. They refused to help me cancel my order or give me my food. I asked for a name when I call in toexplain what I was told as a who I talked to and they refused. Finally people in line started honking and the employees startedyelling. And to clarify, this wasn't a situation where I was yelling or being belligerent. I just explained that I couldn't comeinside and asked for a refund if I couldn't get my food and waited for them to figure out how to help me. It's an odd twist forsomething I was asking politely for help with. I should have videod the whole thing for the comedy of it. Definitely will bespeaking with their customer service to get my money back. I honestly suspect they were given instructions for Uber eats and gotconfused which is why I wanted to clarify with the store manager that this was my order in their app. Oh well... Second Edit:It gets crazier. ???? So after no manager would come assist, I called their customer service line for help cancelling which isclosed. I can?t believe what I seen today at Taco Bell. An African-American lady was in the line she place a mobile order the employee... at Taco Bell had a very very bad attitude with her. So the lady decided to give her exactly what she was been given In the tacoplayer employee called the police on the customer. Then head the other customers in a 30 minute line just until the policearrived. It?s weird because I worked for corporate Taco Bell for over 20 years so this is definitely something I?m going totagalong and make sure someone that I know personally knows about this. This is the rudest location I?ve been too. No one ever greets me. If you order online you MUST come inside to pick it up even... though the app says that customers can use the drive thru for mobile orders. There?s no reason for me or anyone else to come in.Do you not care about customers with accessibility needs? Why can?t you pass my order through the window? No one can give me ananswer. Worst taco bell In the area,ordered via mobile order got all the food but had to wait 1hr and 30 for it to be ready. Arrived and... got the order and inspected it, food was cold, wasnt even seasoned on the fries and better yet I didn't even get the cheese cupwith the fries I got and empty cheese cup. Another is the wait times for everything drive thru and mobile orders isun-acceptable, Something seriously needs to be done about this location, whether employee change or management or even ownerchange, I will be going to another location to get taco bell from now on.
