This location (I don't know about other ones) has recently started asking people who order through the app to pick up inside... instead of the drive through. It makes the wait for food even longer and less convenient. Today when I went inside to pick up mymobile order, they gave me a receipt and had me wait. After sitting there for a few minutes another employee asked me what I waswaiting for. I showed my receipt and my order had been sitting behind the counter the entire time. Editing my review down to a one star after sitting in the drive through line for 20 minutes for one burrito and a taco at 10:30... pm. Asked her why it took so long and she said lots of orders but there were only two cars in front of me and they each got onedrink and small bag. Get it together Lake Highlands Taco Bell!!!
