I ordered a steak burrito Supreme w/extra steak and 3 soft taco Supreme w/steak. What I received was a cold burrito Supreme with... steak but no extra steak, which I was charged for. Order something from the menu, they act like they never heard of it. Manager comes on and says they no longer carry it. Order a... different meal from the menu, no longer carry that either. This happens pretty much every time I come to this particularlocation. Just a little piece of paper taped to the menu saying OUT would go a long way. So taco bell is taco bell. I enjoy taco bell just as much as the other guy, but this time was rough. So we walked in and got... ready to order but they told us that the inside was close because they forgot to lock the door......... Whoever the workers are on the 4:30 PM Sunday crew Are amazing. They are all courteous positive and efficient.None of my food came out cold even though it came right out to me. So you have to place your order on a screen....you would think with one less job the workers have to do they would be quicker to... prep the food but instead they have you waiting In the lobby for 20 minutes for the food. Also the screens suck...you can'tcustomize your order much and not everything that was on the menu was found on there. Terrible! Read more
