It was ok, customer service slow not very friendly!
I was a little disappointed that the price of the party pack of tacos went up. However, the employees definitely made it worth... the money considering they loaded up my tacos and they did not mess anything up this time. Usually, I have to go back when I geta party pack, so I do appreciate that!! Everything tasted great, fresh and I was done in a quick manner, so I can say this visitwas a great one! Read more
I must say that the manager Jorge was great but his staff was very unprofessional. I ordered my food to dine in and they made it... to go. I asked for my tacos to be made a certain way they laughed at me. Then the little girl came from the back and pushed methen wanted to fight me because she was rude. No worries I will not be back. I just went to taco bell on Plano rd in Garland Tx @3:50 pm 09/13/22. I paid for 6 tacos and a bean & cheese burrito. When we... got home the tacos were horrible! There was barely any filling and they were almost flat! I got cheated out of food today. ThenI paid cash and didn't get a receipt. I will be complaining to corporate! This is just shameful to do this to your customers,my granddaughter was upset that she basically had a soggy shell with barely any filling in it! Read more
Left out items I paid ahead for (mobile order) ...which always confuses me as someone who ensures order completion and accuracy... as part of my job. Online orders are the clearest orders to complete. There is no miscommunication (like at a speaker/window)unless the order was made incorrectly by the customer. If an item is not sold out or otherwise unavailable it is expected. ButI really doubt that this Taco Bell was specifically out of crunchy tacos. ???????? Read more

Don't order a big order, you will be missing items. Once I got home and everything I ordered that had a taco shell in it was... not in the bag. No response from Taco Bell. My latest order they forgot the cinnamon twists and this time I placed anotherorder for cinnamon twists with nothing else and the employee was surprised that I only ordered cinnamon twists. I told her isbecause I ordered it last time and didn't get it. If you want a correct order you better write it down and when they give youthat sealed bag tear it open and check with a list. They will most likely forget something on the list. With delivery service,you can forget about it. they will NOT get it right because the driver won't be permitted to open the bag. Read more
