10am, walked into this Subway, intending to purchase meals but I desperately needed to use the restrroom since driving a long... distance to come downtown. I was told I couldnt have the code unless I purchased something. I told the girl behind the counterthat I would after I used the restroom, I had to go That bad. She stared with a blank look and the guy working with her just puthis head down and looked away. Are they THAT skeptical that they think everyone is lying to them when they say they will make apurchase? I couldnt wait any longer, my son purchased a drink only and this girl took a long time writing the bathroom codeonto the receipt, no thank you for the purchase or any other comment from her at all. I ran to the restroom as fast as I couldbut was so irritated by the lack of customer respect that I refused to make any other purchase afterward. That sucked because wehadn't had breakfast and wanted to get some sandwiches before heading out to walk around the town. Not a good experience at alland so sad that I am left with that to think about when I board the plane this evening to fly back home. Read more
Honestly a great lunch spot when you?re downtown. The staff here is great, friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always... clean. I used to work at a Subway and this one is my all-time favorite location. Read more
Extremely rude employee. I was literally just inside, 7/28 at 3:26pm. I came in to pick up a grubhub order and the rude employee... didn't look me in the eyes or even say hello. She just tossed the bag over the counter. Needless to say I will never patronhere. As a grubhub delivery driver I enjoy meals at a lot of the restaurants I go to. This will not be one of them. The 2 ladies who worked the shift I ate on was during lunch hours were very professional, polite and showed customers service 5... star service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I did leave a generous tip for both of the friendly, smilingeager to assist associates. I took the time out simply because of two reasons, I'm not a fan of Subway and we as humans don'tgive credit where its due more then complain. I hope they know they are doing a goooood job. wow! so yeah, the staff do got accents and occasionally talk to each other in spanish, so what? If they are roasting your... bread, and they got something to say then why not say it to each other?? Also, I always ask for shredded cheese on my sub andthey always give me too much. Even if I ask for a little, it is more than I really need but it is probably more than the averageperson needs. Whenever I go in the morning or afternoon, the girl or guy help me and are nice AND understand what I say. Ivisited another Subway location and the worker was unable to redeem my Subway card points but on my last visit, the male workergot them for me! I even bought a few extra sides because of it. If you are looking for some sort of Mary Poppins BS, then skiphere but I think the workers are nice. They are open early for breakfast which a lot of locations are NOT open for. If I want asub with egg at 9AM, I can stop by here. I've never been treated rudely at all. Very courteous as well. Read more
I asked for Italian herbs and cheese, she gave me wheat, I asked for turkey and black forest ham, she put two rows of each and... charged me double meat, they did not cut my foot long in half, and I asked for a small container of red wine vinegar, and shegave me one little packet. Decided to give them another try today and it was just as bad. The staff need to be retrained andtaught how to make a sandwich. Read more
