The Subway on St. Paul's street is the best. I would rate our service higher than 5 stars if I could. From the moment I walked... into the store carrying 23 sheets of paper with individual orders I was served with a smile. Ya Ya took my orders and was verythorough, quick, and efficient. The day I dropped off my orders, the store was very busy yet she worked thru the chaos withcomplete competency. When I picked the orders up the next day Ya Ya and the other employees had everything organized andcomplete. Ya Ya is an amazing employee and Subway is very fortunate to have her. It was a pleasure dealing with this specificstore where every guest received a warm greeting and was served with a smile! I was visiting Dallas for an event at theconvention center and I recommended this specific store to other schools that were also there because the service for my hugeorder was so amazing!! I agree with the other reviewers here. Location is very clean, veggies look really fresh, and service is fast and friendly, but... management must teach them to cut the meat servings to save money. 5 pieces of salami on a footlong sub is laughable, especiallysince the subway website states 10 slices for a footlong. Been coming here for the past 3 years, never had any troubles with the employees. They did go through a major renovation which... is nice. Only issue is that the toaster goes down often, 2nd time this year. Read more
This has been by far the nicest Subway that I have ever been too. Quick and friendly service. There vegies were all very fresh... at this location. I've been too quite a few Subways and there vegies look like they've sitting there for about a week. Thumbs????for this location. They've outdone themselves at 400 N. St. Paul. Read more
The location was clean , staff was nice but they didn't have any choices of bread that I liked. The subs were to high for the... choice. The sub I purchased was not enjoyable because the maker didn't put enough ranch on it . I will be outspoken next time Igo Read more
It?s not a bad place but it?s location lends it to a more NYC feel. That?s actually why I like it. Every time I go there it just... seems to be small groups of business types grabbing lunch or break time subs. This is a high volume subway shop that verybasically primarily caters to people hopping in and off the train and the people working or visiting the businesses thatsurround it. Read more
OK so am I the only one who has been to a Subway where their veggies do not look as fresh as they should. Well this particular... Subway was completely that on this particular day I visited them!!! Please do not ask for extras here, like extra lettuce,jalapeños, pickles, tomatoes.......they try to charge you. And also they basically threw my sandwich together like they were ina rush (for what though) when it was only me in the store. I mean the sandwich was good (ha......even with the not as freshveggies) but I probably would not go back because I will not pay for extras, that is what subway is all about! Read more
