The Older lady with all the tats is very rude and lazy.

I had the Worst customer experience in my life tonight . The cashier had No customer service. Very rude and unprofessional & who... ever left her alone needs to rethink who they should have representing a place of business.She refused to give me her name andwhen I asked for her managers contact information her response was ?we really don?t have a manager?.I will not be visiting thissubway again & since you don?t have a manager I will be contacting your franchise OWNERS. I called them to ask if they had soup being that they are located in a hospital. You would think they have soup for the sick... people. The guy that answered the phone was so ride and sarcastic for no reason. I asked did they have soup he goes we havepotatoe soup today. Then I go to say no broccoli cheese soup and he goes we have potatoe soup today as if I should have heardhim the first time. Read more

We always enjoy Subway. Tasty food that isn't hot, which is especially nice in summer.

This is the worst subway in Dallas. Not enough staffing, service with a bad attitude, and sloppy preparation.
