I just purchased two foot longs last night for pick up through the subway app. When I arrived I was told they couldn?t make my... sandwiches due to not passing their regulations and they?re not up to code ?? I was denied my refund even though I had paid forfood I never received and when I looked up online a way to get my money back The only number was corporates and I never receivedanything. Customer service was horrible! As we're the sandwiches. Almost 14.00 for two 6 inch! No extras! She literally THREW the meat... onto the subs. (Bad day?)tried to cheer her up, but to no avail. Needless to say, the subs were stale and awful. Won't be comingback to this location! Read more
Worst service I've experienced in a while. 2 people working, 1 of them doing nothing in the back, the other working slower than... molasses. No sense of urgency. First time I ordered online and my order was wrong. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and walked in for lunch. I ordered a... spicy Italian but the lady evidently made a bmt and tried to charge me more and argued with me saying that Is what I asked for!Didn't even know what a bmt was until today! Never again!
