Let it be known, this location is the closest to my job and the only place I can/will eat from in the area, due to my diet... restrictions. 60% of the time my order gets made wrong, and I go to this location maybe six times a year. This time it was madewrong three times. Twice with me standing there. When I corrected the person making my order, they said, "if it's not one thingit's another." I finally gave up and took what was made. I will do my best to not return to this location. 7/21/21 Apparently,my order was not ready at the 2:15 time I specified..or it wasn't toasted, according to the employee's expression after handchecking it. But when he went to the makeline, I thought it was going to be remade. I turned my attention away for a minute orso. When I was handed my order, it was warm, as expected. Once back at work, as I was biting into it, I realized that it wasn'ttoasted, and that it seemed to have been microwaved. This was a veggie sandwich. Any idea what microwaving lettuce and spinachdoes to it? The bread was soggy and the veggies wilted. 12/01/21 Wrong again. 01/19/22 Ordered (through the app) the tuna subwith no onions or cucumbers..added spinach, smashed avocado, and MORE jalapenos..and toasted. When I got it back to my office Itwas mostly tomatoes..had 4 slices of jalapenos, which is the amount I usually get when I have the regular amount..6 spinachleaves..one thin layer of avocado. They weren't the worst mistakes I've encountered at this location. It was edible, just notthe way I ordered it. 01/20/22 I ordered a sandwich through the app, for a coworker, to be picked up. A toasted tuna sub withcheddar, lettuce, and tomato only. There was barely any tuna..flattened..it was not toasted..less than halfway into it, it wasbecoming soggy, and falling apart. Read more

Update...I was at 700 e. Irving blvd. Not this one.... Order thru subway app!! 2 ft longs for 15 with rewards...I paid 11.88 w... free delivery and im only 2 miles away but it came in 11 mins!! Lightening fast way better than door dash..though powered bythem it would have been way longer thru door dash. It came instantly...insanely cool. Also the story location gives mostly breadand always light like a feather and I asked them to stuff them full of veggies and they're awesomely made also! Tons of lettuceand olives like I asked for! NO STARS FOR THIS BRANCH!!! Just ordered from this location. Older lady waited on me and was very cheap with ingredients.... Ordered buffalo chicken, did not even fill the measuring cup and had thr audacity to return 2 pcs of chicken back to the tray,asked for veggies and was given pieces! Like she owns the franchise! Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Will never return!!! First subwayexperience that failed me! This is closer to me and tried it since i always go to the mockingbird branch! I have been to many Subway stores all across Dallas, it's suburbs, and all over East Texas, but this is the first time I felt... compelled to leave feedback. So I ordered my sandwich and watched this elderly lady meticulously assemble it. I ordered a footlong turkey and she put 5 slices, 3 medium tomatoes, which would probably be the right amount for a 6 inch,. The rest of thevegetables were put on just as sparingly. When I asked for ranch dressing, she barely squeezed any on. I was so disappointedin the whole meal. Read more

This lady here will make your day, Did not get her name she is caucasian short blond . if other establishments would have... someone like her with just half of her kindness and patience ,it makes a world of difference. The food here was fresh and therestaurant was clean. Read more

I ordered a tuna salad to go with all the veggies I wanted on it.. It arrived by Uber when it arrived I had all the veggies and... dressing in the container, but NO TUNA OR LETTUCE...just saying!! This is not the first time I have gotten a wrong order fromhere. Read more

Waited longer than 30mins to get my food. Then we had 4 orders and every single one of them is wrong. They barely put any cheese... on my orders, forgot to put mayo and other items, and they even mixed up orders with other people's orders. The lady at theregister forgot to include chips and had to charge me separately. Then got confused with the amount of money I gave her. Verydisappointed in service and quality of food. Read more
