This place is supposed to be open till 9 and they locked the door right as we walked up. What the hell subway?
I didn't get the name of the lady who worked at the time, but I had to stand around waiting while she sat in the back watching... videos on her phone. She didn't even come out until someone else finally came in. I know business should be slow at times butthey should always be aware of who may be in the store. Other than that, she made my order perfect. I'm adding this 11 monthsafter this post, but they also close far sooner than when they are supposed to, no other subway closes early, but this onecloses 30 min to an hour before they are supposed to. If you don't close at 9, then don't have the times posted on the windowsaying you do. Read more
The cashier with wild makeup and nice sneakers accepted our coupon for two footlongs but then she charged us 2.75$ per scoop of... avocado on both sandwiches. This caused the price to be double the amount on the coupon and more expensive than if we didn'teven use a coupon in the first place. She also argued with me when I asked why it was so expensive with the coupon. Read more
The website said it closes at 8:00 p.m. not 7:25 p.m. on a Sunday they said we are close sorry. Really I understand if it was 15... minutes before closing but not 35 minutes they could have made me a quick meal but they refuse me .I hope corporate sees this .I just wanted something healthy to eat thanks SUBWAY for the I'm going to change to a different franchise that wants my serviceand money . I went there at 8:27 pm one Hispanic or Spanish guy working there for someone who had a 9.41 cent steak and cheese Jersey Mike's... will forever have my money as they're hospitality services are way ???? more beyond the bar grade statically. You treat yourfirst customers like they are gold to the store like they first open the store; the existing customers are not new to theservices and hospitality they are conditioned. Lastly your first impression is always your last if we coupon bargain its alwaysa great idea to still upgrade the item with the coupon or give free hospitality services. ???? I won't be back ever. Whoever is managing this Subway is doing a terrible job. Went for lunch and waited 20 mins to get my sandwich done. There was... only two people ahead of me and only one guy behind line. Apparently understaffed. Soda fountain and bathroom were apparentlyout of order as well and when it came to paying guy says cash only because system was down. When I told him I had no cash hesays let me try it again and what do you know it works. On top of that sandwich was made without care and ended up getting overtoasted. Some shady stuff going on here.
