I have not had any issues with the store until the last manager left. I placed an order through the app, as Ive done many... times. Arrived to pick it up. No food order. Was told the ingredients were not available. No steak. Asked for chicken. Told theydidnt have of that either. Asked for refund. Told that he couldnt process a refund through the app, but if not picked, thenrefund would auto proceng Was told i could speak to a manager the following day.. Came the following day, manager took off. Cameback on the day if this review, at 920, store signs say they ipen at 9 due to covid. Lady behind counter is waving they dontopen till 10. Unacceptable, I'll eat elsewhere. And I'll dispute the transaction through my bank. Update: I appreciate theowner reaching out to correct this issue. Read more

Amazing experience. I went there today as usual for my lunch and behind the counter was rayan what an amazing person. He greeted... with smile and then made me the most amazing sandwich ever. It wasn't a regular sub this guy puts his heart in there I mean justamazing. He created the sandwich as if he was creating a piece of art. It's amazing how the same ingredients but handleddifferently make such a difference. Subway should put this person in the training department and he should be the one teachingpeople how to make a sub. Read more

This is one of the best Subways I have ever been to !! Was returning from the gym and not willing to eat anything else, found... this subway at 9:55 PM.. Reached at 9:59 PM and they technically close at 10:00 PM.. The Subway guy very Happily welcomed us andThe first thing I see is how clean the subway was( ofcouse he had planned to close up and leave ) Still happily opened all theboxes for me and helped me with the perfect Sub of my life ?? The best part was where he said ? I do understand, I get hungrysometimes? so when he saw us parking at 9:59 PM and he not just welcomed us but made my day, week and month ???? I live off of Preston and Frankford and I come to this Subway often. I've noticed in the last couple of weeks that the location... is not only cleaner it's more organized and better staff. I've also on occasion seen rude customers and also bad management ofset situations but on the other hand people can't be talked to any kind of way either. I've noticed that the new manager Holstonhas done an excellent job with this location the food is great the service is better and the store is much cleaner. Only thing Ihave to say is see the love Subway you love this Subway. Read more

I walked in the restaurant and an employee immediately came from the back to greet me. This employee must've been eating,... because she was still crewing while preparing my sub. The way she prepared my sub a three-year-old can do better. This employeemade me feel like she wanted to go. I felt rushed. Horrible staff. Read more

I always come to subway at this location but on this day I had to share my experience. The guy was by himself in the restaurant... during peak lunch hours. He was moving quick and apologizing to everyone for the wait. He continue to be friendly and smiledespite the long line. I thank him for his great service because it is difficult when you are by yourself with no help duringpeak lunch hours. That is bad management on the restaurant but Andrew did a phenomenal job!
