When I entered the restaurant there was no one available at the counter for about 5 mins? after they exited the restroom and... made their way to the front counter; I first noticed that he didn?t wash his hands! I asked ?before I order can I use therestroom? this employee told me the restroom is not working and I don?t have a key! He just left out the restroom prior toplacing gloves on without washing his hands????! I left. I would not recommend nor advise anyone to eat at this specificSubway!!! What Filth of training. Subway 8440 Abrams Rd delivers terrible customer serviceI asked for my sandwich on wheat bread, it was prepared on multi grain.... When I wanted to return the sandwich because it wasn?t what I asked for the Mgr said it was wheat bread. Wheat bread & multigrain are two different types of bread. I usually don?t review. This is usually my go to Subway. My sandwich was AWFUL. The bread was stale therefore is crumbled... everywhere. I understand businesses are suffering, quality products should NOT. Read more
I have never written a negative review but I have to warn people about this subway. The woman in here is terrible. We live down... the street and have to drive to another subway because the woman who works clearly doesn?t want to be working. She doesn?tunderstand English and doesn?t care to understand either. She gave me the wrong bread, threw in a couple of pieces of whatever Iasked, didn?t pack it well, no sauce and was extremely rude. Read more
I ordered 2 foot long subs on their website when I arrived the site said my meal would be ready at 8:10 P.M. May 1st 2020. I... arrived at 8 PM to find the store was closed with a sign in the window saying we closed at 7 pm I called them the next day theytold me to cancel it on line I told them I couldn't so they just hung up on me. This is consistently one of the worst subway locations I have been to. The latest episode was with an employee who did not know... how to make a steak and egg sandwich, resulting in the meat being cold, charging me the wrong amount and then arguing with meabout the situation. The manager nor the franchise owner have contacted me after I requested a follow up via email with Subwaycorporate customer relations. Read more
I've stopped going to this location because of some unsanitary things I saw from the same worker there. The first time I visited... there the employee was eating food while behind the counter working, and didn't wash her hands. The second time I walked in, Isaw the SAME WORKER refilling vegetables in the containers with her bare hands and did not have ANY gloves on. I walked right onout and found another location to go to. The only reason why I didn't give this review 1 star is because they offer a freecookie with the purchase of a footlong meal, but it just isn't worth it.
