Staff is rude, slow and not properly trained. Doesn?t matter how good of an attitude and smiles you give them they toss your... food around and roll their eyes at every request you have. I gave this a one star, but wish I could give it zero. Very stingy with their portions and rations when I know they have plenty.... They charge for napkins and forks what is that? My friend asked me to get her a cup for water and the cashier was mad shady.It?s obvious why their employees get swapped out every 2 secs. Their customer service isn?t the greatest period; and the wait isinsane as well. Don?t even get me started on the combined Italian joint next to it that doesn?t even properly cook their overlysaucy, stale crust, cold despicable pizza. Read more
