Never eat here again. Either the team needs to be train again or just get a new team. I made an online order, when I got there... my order still wasn't ready after the app said it was. When I got my order my food was wrong. I opened every order before Ileave just in case something was wrong when I informed them it was. They said I was wrong. Their hours are posted at the door until 10:30 and google said 10pm. I walked up to the door at 8:30pm. The door was locked and... there was clearly an employee packing up all the food. Will not visit this location ever again. You cannot close a commercialrestaurant before you say you?re going to close, it?s unacceptable. It was a Friday night! Read more

Tea was old service was extremely slow. And wasnt a busy time normally is packed but not so this time .
Ordered for 4 people. No cup holders for drinks. Told my niece that I was glad we had plenty of holders in the Dodge I was... driving at the time because that would've been a disaster. The lady at the window said, "Perfect. Good for you." I could've beenrude right back, but I chose not to. Never coming back here. The Shell station where it's located was very busy. This supposedly the "Chicken Teriyaki Protein Bowl." A friend of mine order this. You would expect the chicken & vegetables be... fresh smh.... sadly it wasn't. When she went inside, she stated ALL the vegetables containers frozen and it was thawing out. Nowwe can't assume it was the employees that did it or mb it was the night crew but it don't matter. Subway is franchise as "FRESH"not advertising as "FROZEN" food. My friend & I never had any problem with any other Subway til today. We would come back oncethis location "fixed" the problem til then we will not recommend any future customers to this location. Read more
Made an online order through ubereats, tried to called over 15 times because the app messed up the order so i was trying to have... them remove 2 items from my sandwich. They don't answer at all. I don't understand how they can't answer the phone for just afew seconds. I don't even have to be there to know that their employees have horrible service. I guarantee i will never orderfrom here again nor reccomend this location either. Read more
The shop is in a sketchy area but it was nicer than it looks on the outside. Employees were friendly and professional.
