If a manager at your theater tells me to go to another theater because the seating I purchased are dirty and broken instead of... offering to help. Then that is a problem with training and theater maintenance Andres Esquivel needs to step up his theater. Atleast give me a refund to movie showing I didn't get to see since the manager is more concern with his power trip then takingcare of his customers. Read more

What a joke arieved at theater 25 mins.before start of movie, only 8 people in line yet it took almost 1/2 hour to get our... ticket. I asked for a seltzer water with a lemon . They gave it to me in a small glass and said I would be charged for a refill. I asked... why. They said it comes from the bar. It is on the Pepsi tab of the soda machine. The manager on duty still insisted it was abar drink. Even though the worker said they got it from the soda machine. It was not put in a soda glass. I will never see amovie here again. I tried calling corporate can not get anyone on the phone. This happened the morning of 6-2-22 at studiomovie grill highlands Arlington Texas. Sk if you are diabetic and don?t or don?t like diet soda studio movie grill will not giveyou a seltzer. Read more

They never picked up the phone or called back (I?Ve called 3 separate times). SMG charged my card a total of nearly $70 (2... incorrect charges). 1 should?ve fell off and didn?t, and the other should?ve been corrected, and wasn?t. Management is a jokeand apparently so is corporate. Read more

Do not buy any gift cards! I bought two $100 gift cards and gave to clients, neither of which works. I have called and left many... times and no one will answer at the local store or corporate. I have left many voice mail messages at both, and after a monthstill have not received any returned calls. I am so embarrassed that I gave those to clients. I wanted to give a fun relaxingtime through these gift cards, and I gave a pain in the butt instead. Read more

I took my child out for a night at the movies, at this location; I thought it was a nice place, I had previously met the GM the... last time we went and thought it'd be cool to come back and to my surprise there were HUGE flying Cockroaches in theestablishment. When I told the manager about it he apologized yet refused to return the funds of those that knew about thesituation. ???? it was a horrible experience and instead of being understanding he threaten to call the poluce on us.
